TopAI Real Estate Tools is operated by TOPAIRE REAL ESTATE. These terms explain how customers may use the subscription software service.
TopAI Real Estate Tools provides AI-assisted real estate marketing tools for agents and real estate professionals. The software helps generate listing descriptions, social media posts, prospect emails, cold call scripts, objection handlers, voicemail scripts, and AI-assisted calling workflows based on information entered by the user.
Generated content is a draft for convenience and must be reviewed by the customer before publication, distribution, or use with prospects. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of generated content complies with applicable real estate advertising rules, MLS rules, fair housing laws, brokerage policies, and local regulations.
The AI Calling Assistant is intended for consent-based, one-to-one real estate follow-up calls. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any call they start complies with TCPA requirements, Do Not Call rules, state call recording and consent laws, brokerage policies, and all other applicable regulations.
The assistant must identify itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of the agent or business. Customers may not use the service for unlawful robocalling, deceptive impersonation, harassment, spam, or bulk autodialing.
The service is sold as a recurring SaaS subscription at $49/month unless another price or promotion is shown at checkout. Promotional offers, including 50% off first month with promo code TRIAL50, are applied through Stripe checkout when eligible.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Customers may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting ren.morrissey@gmail.com.
You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, resell access without permission, overload the AI generation or calling endpoints, or use generated content or calls for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or misleading purposes.
Access is tied to the email address used for subscription checkout. Customers must keep their account information accurate and may not share subscriber access with unauthorized users.
Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy available at /refund-policy.
